Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, this policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
•You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day period starts on the day your order is delivered.
Conditions for Return
•Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
•For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened: skincare, cosmetics, personal-care items, earbuds, and intimate items.
Damaged, Wrong, or Undelivered Orders
If your order arrives damaged, doesn’t arrive, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos where relevant — and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid.
How to Start a Return

•We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping & Fees
•For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer
•For damaged, wrong, or defective items, we provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping in full.
Refunds
•Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval within 1-3 business days.
•Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. (Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.)
•Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, wrong, or defective items.
Exchanges
•The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order.
